Customer Relationship Manager
We are looking for an Customer Service/Warranty Manager that will assist current customers with
their construction updates as well as closed customers with their warranty claims through our 2-10
warranty portal. The successful candidate will respond quickly and effectively to all customer
inquiries in order to assure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to set appointments with interested home buyers.
- Build relationships and engage customers by being professional and going the extra mile.
- Keep records of all interactions in our database.
- Previous customer service and/or new home warranty experience preferred.
- Strong phone and verbal communications.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Bi-lingual is a plus!
- Must be dependable, have a strong work ethic, and be professional at all times.
